3 Students need help for they got defrauded by a public college adminstration and a private college!

If you go to http://www.colscam.info/C/I.htm you will find a detailed summary of facts with links to relevant documents.

What happend

We were ESL Students and responded to misleading advertisement, by a Public College, College of the Rockies (CotR) in the BC Interior and their Private College Partner PTI Online (PTI) in New Westminster
We were also mislead about adverse contract conditions when we joined a $15,000 training course by CotR
Once we started class, we were told by CotR we agreed to adverse contract conditions that had not been disclosed to us when we signed up.
We were promised regular classes, in class tutoring and help as needed by PTI..
To fill classes, there is strong evidence that our admission crucial English assessment tests were forged by PTI. There is also evidence, indicating that CotR was aware of this!
There was no tutoring as promised by PTI
Instead of tutoring, weak students, who failed were given generous rewrites, with dubious automated grading practices by CotR.
Multiple choice in class Tests done by PTI were required in pencil and the tests papers were never given to us for review, so we couldn’t identify forgeries!
Test Forgeries by PTI and Rewrites by CotR were aimed to keep Students in the program until the 2nd Student Loan installment was received.
Once CotR had the received the full $15,000 tuition they would slowly get rid of students by kicking us out whenever we failed (again).
Students who were kicked out and out of funds were asked to pay a few thousand Dollars more to reenter by CotR.
Students who wanted to talk and complain to the college about broken promises were told to talk to CotR’s lawyer in Vancouver
Students who complained in writing, seeking a refund, were advised by CotR, that we had agreed to the Contract conditions.
Conditions that were not advertised as required and also not disclosed to us when we signed a general admission agreement.
When we complained to CotR about PTI’s promises, we were advised CotR was not responsible since PTI’s employees were not part of the college.
Later on PCTIA suspended and cancelled PTI’s license due to ongoing fraud.
Though we paid a lot of money, we were never informed, what contractual obligations PTI and CotR had agreed to?
When taken to court CotR mislead the court about PTI existence and role.
CotR refused to disclose the Service Contract they had with PTI
CotR’s lawyer threatened students not to proceed with court hearing that asked for disclosure of that contract.
After one year, CotR finally released the Service Contract and it became clear why CotR told students to talk to their lawyer in Vancouver
CotR did not do the tutoring as promised by PTI for the 2 days per week at all!
CotR knew, that we didn’t have the English skills required to succeed in the Course and no funds, resources or the necessary knowledge to fight the fraudulent money grab or scam CotR got us into and so far there are no signs CotR will assume full responsibility for their action either! However we know a few students who received refunds under the table from CotR.
