Built in 1912 and converted into private suites in 1946, the building has recently been renovated and restored, to include all the modern luxuries and conveniences including new appliances, custom kitchen cabinets, and granite counter tops. The original claw foot tubs have been refinished and outfitted with heritage bathroom fixtures imported from Italy.
