We are offering our own home for rent this Season while we vacation in another area. It will be available at two different times for rent----two weeks at Christmas and two months during the 2010 Season. We would prefer Jan., Feb. & March. We can work our vacation around your time ---if we have enough time to make plans. We have a very lovely upscale home in a Great Neighborhood in South Palm Desert off Highway 74 and above El Paseo. It is the Perfect Central Spot to all of the Desert. The floor plan is large and open. The kitchen is an entertainers delight and all 4 of the bathrooms are done in Cherry and Travertine. The Master is a separate suite with its own bedroom, bathroom, livingroom and one entrance into the house and one private entrance to the outside. It has a very comfortable King Bed and is decorated very nicely. The other two bedrooms are both unsuite and a nice size. The livingroom is large with tall ceilings and has designer furniture. The kitchen is large with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite. It is open to the livingroom, dinningroom and familyroom for a Great Room Feeling. There is a covered porch over looking a very large pool, garden and spa. We have just planted our Seasonal flowers, which should be in full bloom by Christmas until Summer. It is a very lovely home and we are willing to rent for $4250 each month plus basic utilites for pool heat. We will pay cable, wireless, gardner and pool service.
