We have a furnished, two-bedroom condo downtown Vancouver that we rent out. For you, though, we don't want to RENT it out, we would like to do a house swap. We are very flexible about when and where we go. We are thinking maybe April of 2010, for a month or so.
We speak English, Spanish, French and German, so would WELCOME any place where we could practice those languages. But, open to your suggestions.
Our place has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double in the smaller bedroom. Lots of cozy Ikea furniture, laminate floors, new fridge, fully-stocked fridge....
Parking stall underground. Free laundry services in the building - it's a low rise building at 1080 Pacific Street (at the corner of Thurlow) in Vancouver's West End.
Can sleep / house up to four people.
Cable TV, high-speed internet, toys for the kids, great view of the Pacific Ocean from your bed....and an even better one from the balcony. You'll be on the fourth floor.
Super close to swimming pools (indoor and out), libraries, community centres, buses, grocery stores, video rental shops, medical drop-ins.
