Cute studio in Los Feliz proper, just below the observatory. Los Feliz is a centrally located area in Los Angeles with lots of boutiques, bars, movie theaters, and really good restaurants. There's a health food store a block away.

My building is a heritage one. There's a pool, a civil war cannon and a water fountain. The apartment is quite small, however. It's only about three hundred square feet and it only has a kitchenette (mini fridge, sink, but no stove or oven).


I'm looking to swap for the month of December or January (but including Christmas).
