My boyfriend and I are interested in swapping apartments at the end of Feb, 2010. We are mature, trustworthy, and clean students at the University of British Columbia in our fourth years.

Our apartment is in a great location at East 12th Ave and Ontario in Mount Pleasant. Just five blocks from the new SkyTrain (light rail train) line on Cambie Street, which goes downtown, airport etc. We are also just a couple blocks from several bus routes. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away once on transit. Our neighborhood is quite cute, trendy, and diverse. Also very close to the Commercial Drive area, which is another cool neighborhood to check out.

The apartment is one bedroom, on the top floor of a three-story walk-up with a view of downtown and northern mountains. The bed is a Full/Double size and we also have a Double sized futon in the living room, as well. There's a TV and VCR, record/CD player, etc. We have a bathtub and shower combo and the laundry is coin operated and in the first floor of the building.

We have two weeks off of school from Feb 13th-28th so we are flexible within those dates. Around nine or eight days would be ideal, but less might work as well.
