I'm looking for someone to help me getting into a regular gym routine. I'm new to working out, so I prefer someone who is willing to teach me and work out with me.
Since I'm new to the gym, I don't have a gym pass to any gyms yet. I can join the one that you are at. Although I'm willing to travel, I prefer someone who is around the Point Gray area.
I'm around 160lbs and 5'10". I want to loose some body fat and gain more muscle. I can do push ups, lift weights, and etc.
I'm looking for evenings, after 4pm, or mornings, before 11am.
