We are looking for top sales performers and sales management to lead our sales teams. In the last few months we have hired 6 sales reps and we are looking for more. These new hires are due to expansion; we retained 96% of our reps for 2009 and our retention for 2008 was 84%. Currently we have 63 sales reps on 6 sales teams across Canada & the US. We are a growing company and we are looking for Top tier sales performers and sales management.
OUR PRODUCT
We target clientele in the USA & Canada and offer them a software funding solution that guarantee’s results or we give them their money back within 6 months. Another way to present it is we provide them access to an online funding resource that allows them to apply, track and receive funding for their philanthropic needs. We are basically the source for funding for non profit organizations.

Sales Professional requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Successful experience prospecting and qualifying complex sales involving multiple influencers on buying decisions
• Proven success carrying an individual quota
• Experience using solution-selling methods
• Prior experience working with non-profit organizations preferred
Sales Management requirements:
• You will be a selling manager leading your team by example
• Solid track record selling solutions and leading a team by example
• Minimum three years experience managing consultative, inside sales teams
• Previous experience with solution based, inside telephone sales
• Proven track record of achieving quota based objectives
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Experience within the not-for-profit sector a definite asset but not a pre-requisite
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional communication (both written and oral) and analytical skills
• Radiant interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Completion of post-secondary education and prior experience working with non-profit organizations a plus
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your leadership role will focus on assessment and development of team leads and sales reps, accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management as well as a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
