We are looking for representative to manage a complex sales cycle of SirsiDynix software products and associated services to all types of libraries (public, academic, special and school) in our Western and Central Canada territory.
The typical duties of our Territory Sales Representatives include:
•Managing their entire territory from a sales and relationship perspective
•Growing license revenue and recurring revenue in their territory
•Developing and maintaining relationships with all customers in their territory
•Proactively calling and meeting regularly with all customers and prospects in their territory
•Presenting and demonstrating SirsiDynix products and other technology solutions to prospects, customers, and user groups in their territory
•Creating written price quotes, responding to information requests, negotiating pricing and contractual terms
•Developing and implementing the tactics necessary to reach or exceed revenue and profit goals
The primary requirements for this position are:
•BA/BS Degree in a business or marketing related discipline
•2-4 years of commissioned technical sales experience
•Be a library card holder
•Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
•Live in the territory
