Account Representatives are responsible for generating new sales through phone/email presentations and consultations. Responsibilities include:
- Answering and responding to phone and internet leads on a daily basis
- Entering and maintaining customer records using Salesforce.com
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish
- Participating in outbound sales campaigns
- Completing administrative and vendor tasks as assigned by management
- Assisting with sales and marketing campaigns e.g. collecting testimonials, etc.
- Participating in networking and customer events, seminars and tradeshows
Candidates must have:
- A desire to learn, grow and excel
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate
- Aptitude for gathering information from customers and fulfilling their requirements
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb product knowledge
- Burning desire to succeed
- Flexible schedule; ability to work Saturdays

This position is based in Richmond on Bridgeport Road so commuters should have a vehicle.
