Our company is currently seeking full-time Contact Center Consultant to represent our growing Sales Team.
We need aggressive, confident and experienced Contact Center Consultants to represent our company that would be familiar with conducting formal service/product presentations, making sales calls; closing contracts.
Experience of the successful consultant would include:
Working with sales management to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services; identifies and qualifies potential business opportunities and customer needs. Maintains networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors' activities and develops and maintains effective business relationships in the industry. Works with senior sales executives and management to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts; provides presentations; conducts research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities. Excellent oral and written communications. Effectively able present information to top management and executives as required. Strong sense of self-motivation and desire for success.
Education and Typical Years of Experience: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
''A'' Player, direct BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING (Back office solutions) experience ideally to communication companies with specific broad focus on the wireless/telecom industry and GPS logistic fleet management.
These are high profile positions that call for strong leadership experience, pursuit, self motivation, and excellent presentation skills.
Must have the ability to establish client/prospect rapport and to persuasively present and represent our business capabilities.
