Volo Innovations an online scheduling, billing and member mangement software for the health and fitness industry is looking for a full time sales and support person to help us take our business to the next level.
SUMMARY
Startup software company, servicing the fitness industry is looking for a full time sales and support person. Part of the work week will occur at the office of our Personal Training studio in Kitsilano and once you are fully trained you will be able to work some of the days from your home office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify, develop and support new customers.
2. Handle support via email, phone and live chat
3. Ongoing documentation in our help software
4. Promote positive relations with partners and affiliates
5. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in a sales and/or marketing position
2. Advanced computer skills
3. Knowledge of web world and internet
4. Communication Skills – to speak and write clearly and concisely
5. French or Spanish as a second language
6. Able to work unsupervised – part of the work week can be from your home office
7. Extreme problem solving skills
8. Confident, the ability to talk to people easily
FOCUS
1. Selling directly to all levels of trainers, studios and clubs.
2. Research prospecting and cold calling for North America
3. On-line presentations
