The Company
Vitrium Systems (www.vitrium.com) is an exciting and growing software company located in Vancouver¡¦s Yaletown district. At Vitrium we design innovative applications for PDF document security and lead generation. The company currently offers the following products:

- Protectedpdf Enterprise Edition and protectedpdf Small Business Edition (SBE), both Digital Rights Management Solutions for PDFs enabling users to control their content (www.protectedpdf.com)

- PDFSalesLeads, a web based application that allows a user to collect information on who is reading their PDF¡¦s. (www.pdfsalesleads.com)

- Docmetrics, a web based application that allows a user to how readers are using their documents by tracking document analytics (www.docmetrics.com)

The position
We are looking for a sales driven individual to join our growing team. This person will be required to develop new business relationships and identify customer needs; matching product offerings and competitive pricing. Provide product demos and maintain superior service to customers. Negotiate contracts with all levels within various organizations.

The Qualifications
The successful candidate will have
- a considerable skill in delivering powerful sales presentations using online tools (Web Conferencing, GoTo Meeting)
- 3 - 5 years experience in a sales position, preferably enterprise sales
- a proven track record of delivering qualified opportunities and exceeding sales targets
- full understanding of sales methodologies and strategic planning
- strong skills with MS Office, email, web search and online tools

The successful candidate will be
- self starter, self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- comfortable demonstrating services to individuals at all levels of an organization
- strong networking abilities and communication skills
- able to work well in a team environment, meeting collective goals and objectives

The compensation for this full-time position will include
- base compensation + commission
