We Perform:

Rough Carpentry: Deck/Porch construction, Residential House & Garage framing (includes floors systems, sheer walls, partition walls, truss packages, stairs, and hand cut roof details), Commercial Framing (from wood frame rough in for store front entrances to heritage finish), Residential forming (footings, foundation retaining walls, and stairs), Pilaster Trellis work.

Electrical: Can not pull permit but can re-wire junction boxes for TV wall mounts. Wall mount install can also be provided.

Basic Plumbing: Re-routing of PEX water systems, (Just piping install not water supply's) Also any drainage or ABS water system. If need for any machinery (Hoe, Bob Cat, compactor) operator provided.

Insulation & Vapor Barrier: Poly, acoustic caulking,

Drywall: All boarding, tapping, mudding, and sanding included.

Painting: Primer, All types of paint as well as refinishing furniture.

Finish Carpentry: Installation of Cabinetry, Millwork, Door and trim installation. Hardwood floor install. (includes, all baseboards & crown moulding).

Windows & Building Envelope: Window renovations/re-configuration, Skylights, Rain-screen.

Siding: Beveled Wood siding, Board and Batten.

WE WORK ON A COST PLUS BASIS, NO MARK UP ON MATERIALS STRICTLY COST OF LABOR FOR $30 AN HOUR!

WE CAN AND WILL DO MATERIAL TAKE OFFS.
