I know what works and what doesn't. I don't want to move into the middle of someones family.. Privacy is Important. If you have one or more houses that you rent out with rooms to individuals in the basement for example, a living arrangement there might be sustainable. You know two guys downstairs and a similar thing upstairs or something... as long as it's kind of cut off from upstairs.

I find it to be the only way, if the individuals are in their room on the internet or keeping to themselves kindly mostly in their own zone like me and only go out to the kitchen or bathroom once in awhile these are the only living arrangements that work. As long as there are no couples living there or immature people it might be sustainable... I'm hoping for few crocodiles next door.

I try to find the patience to look for you but if your cool, take the gamble and pick me. I'm a rad man and you'll reduce the risk of getting someone wonky. I don't have the patience to run around seeking out semi-cool non mediocre people. I'm cool, if your alright pick me.

Please let me know and I'll drop by so we can do the paperwork. I have no criminal record if that means anything. I work on the internet buying and selling with ebay and I do bible studies. I'm aiming to get an electric car so that will be fun.

I am seeking to move by March 1st out of my current location. I am able to give deposit plus rent ASAP. Also longer term would be optimal as I have had to move 4 times since my arrival here in Vancouver.

I do have a small dog, a 1 year old chihuahua who is very friendly and overall quiet compared to most of her breed. I do understand this can be a deterrent but please know I am willing to pay an extra deposit for her as well if required.

I generally do not have a preference to live with males or females, but my last two places I have lived with guys and it seems to work best. I love music, enjoy learning and having fun with others, and would like to find somewhere to live that's chill and laid back. 420 friendly would be awesome, but not required.

So as of the 8th I will be living on the street due to family conflicts. I will be paid on the 24th of febuary. I figured it'd be worth a try to see if there is anyone out there in need of a roommate from the 8th onward.

Ah yes, I'm not down to live in a place where there is smoking cigarettes or any drugs inside. I'm an ex-smoker and would prefer you keep it outside if you do smoke. No peoples into heavy drugs or heavy partying.

In a 2 bedroom/2 roommate scenario, I'm only looking for another female roommate. However, if it's in a larger place and there are 3+ there, I wouldn't have a problem if one of the roommates were a guy. Smoking and cats are not an issue for me. Dogs I may be somewhat more hesitant about, depending on his/her demeanor (I'm not a fan of dogs that bark constantly). I'm a really friendly person and a good roommate - I like to keep things tidy but I'm not a clean freak. I enjoy cooking and having quiet movie nights in as well as hitting a pub. Just looking for someone that I can get along well with, be friendly with, and have a good, respectful roommate relationship with. If we become better friends in the meantime too, that's awesome.
