I am a thirty year old teacher looking for a happy, clean, quiet place that I can be very glad to come home to at the end of the work day. I like to think of myself as a fun, easy going, kind and positive person. I have always got on well with previous roommates and I have always treated rental places with the respect I would give my own property.

I am looking for a furnished room in a shared house or a furnished apartment. As I have just very recently sold my car, I am tied to living reasonably close to the buses and skytrain. The ideal place would be in the Commercial Drive area.
