Hello, I am a working student looking for a place to stay. I am just looking to rent a room out from somebody. I am a working student who is habit-free and respectful. I don't have any pets, do not smoke, do not drink, do not do or hang out with people who do drugs, and am usually out of the house/apt during the day. Depending on the room, I would be willing to pay up to around $400/month. It is preferable for the room to have at least a bed (doesn't matter what size).
