Hello!

I'm looking for a quit room, available either december 15th or January 1st. I am a very clean person, responsible and mature. I work 2 jobs. One full-time in an auto part company on skeena street and also, I teach french 3 evenings per week, in a language school in downtown (waterfront station).

I'm looking for a quit place to rest after work with no more than 2 roomates (1 roomate ideally). The most convenient area to me would be around 29th skytrain station or Commercial/Broadway. I'm willing to commit for a minimum of 6 months (In july, I might move back to Europe). I'm willing to pay the right/fair price. References are available upon request.
