Hi there,

I am a 30 year old Biologist from Germany who is looking for a BRIGHT and CLEAN room either in Vancouver Downtown or Kitsilano for the 1st of December onwards.

I`ve been in Canada since May and have already seen a lot a rooms which weren´t in a good condition although I asked for a clean and bright room. Therefore I wrote those both words in capital letters because I am very serious with that. I respect the porterty of others and can promise I will take care about the room.

I am a tidy and reliable person which means I will keep my space clean and will pay the rent without being asked for at the first of the month.

I am an independet and opend minded person who totally respect the privacy of other people and wants to be treating the same way. I prefer to have a good conversation than to watch TV or play video games...:)

I am currently living in Vancouver Downtown and really love the area. Therefore I would like to stay close to that but I also love Kitsilano. I would come with my own bed and a small dresser but I need some furniture too, like a desk and a large dresser... it is also necessary for me that internet will be available.

Before I start my new job at the UBC I still work as a waitress and will be bussy at the week-end. I prefer people who are laid-back, easy going and not afraid to tell me if they feel uncomfortable with something cause that is for me the only way to guarantee a harmonic and social coexistence.

I would prefer people who are my age (no families please) or close to that and also would like to have a roommate who is not necessarily my landlord...

If you think I could be the right roommate for you I would appreciate if you send me some pictures of the room.
