We are looking to fill a contract position for a bright young Jr. who has about two years experience as a business analyst-technical writer. Please find the requirements below and submitt your resume if you feel you meet the criteria.
Responsibilities
Contract position until end June 2010
Design workflows (as-is and to-be)
Write procedures
Create system user manuals
Prepare training material and facilitate
Develop business rules and best practices
Change management
Manage continuous improvements (change request stakeholder sign-off)
Develop business requirements
Conduct gap analysis
Identify key performance indicators and measure business metrics
Requirements
Issue resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills
Results oriented, analytical, interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Process mapping experience
Technical writing experience
Facilitation/presentation experience
Management of multiple initiatives
Change management process experience
At least 2 years experience in a Business/Process Analyst role
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Exposure to Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt methodology an asset
Exposure to Electronic Data Management (electronic filing systems) an asset
