The Business Systems Analyst's Supply Chain - Distribution role is to plan, design, develop, and launch, high quality, business systems in support of Aritzia’ Store Replenishment and Distribution Center business processes.
Aritzia is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) with experience in SAP’s Retail IS solution being preferred.
Experience:
o Required:
§ 5 – 7 years of experience and a proven track record with implementing, enhancing and supporting SAP’s (Materials Management) module in the support of retail store replenishment processes as well as distribution center operations.
§ Hands-on configuration experience
§ At least one full lifecycle project implementations of SAP
§ At least 2 years of “sustainment” and operational support experience with SAP
§ Experience with writing Functional and Technical Specifications.
o Strong Preference:
§ At least 2 years of experience and a proven track record with implementing, enhancing and supporting SAP IS Retail
o Preferred:
§ Hands-on configuration experience with SAP IS Retail and/or with SAP implementations in the Retail industry
§ Experience (ideally hands-on configuration experience) with any of the following SAP modules: WM (Warehouse Management), ePOS (Electronic Point of Sale)
§ Exposure to other “outlying” business systems, i.e. other than SAP
§ Experience with SAP upgrades
Skills and Knowledge:
o Required - Business Skills and Knowledge:
§ Strong understanding of retail store replenishment business processes.
§ Strong understanding of DC operations and related procedures.
§ Strong analytical skills
§ Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
§ Proven relationship building skills with all levels of business
§ Superior written and verbal / interpersonal communication skills:
Note: Excellent communications skills will be essential due to the close interaction with the business and the ability to develop an effective partnership, in an effort to understand and meet their unique business requirements
§ Knowledge of vertical Retail business models
§ Adept at applying Business Analysis and Systems Analysis methodologies and toolsets
o Required – Technical Skills and Knowledge:
§ Solid integration knowledge of SAP MM with inter-company processes and supporting SAP modules
§ LSMW, ABAP Query
o Required – Soft Skills and Knowledge:
§ Ability to work independently and think creatively
§ Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks of various complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
o Preferred:
§ Business Objects - Crystal Reports
Education:
o Required:
§ BA/BS/Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
o Preferred:
§ SAP MM certification
§ Other relevant SAP certification(s)
