It is not furnished and faces a quiet street up on the 3rd fl.. We share the kitchen and bathrm. The building has laundry, and is nearby buses and groceries. We are quiet, are in film production and art, and do not entertain in the apt. To save up money we take the livingrm which is why it is a great price in the heart of the city near Davie and Cardero. Everything is in walking distance, groceries, cafes, movie rentals, buses, etc..

There is a 375 deposit that you get back when you move out. Internet and cable are set up and ready to go, we split the bill and hydro comes to around 20 a month that we share as well.
