hello,
i have 1 furnished bedroom in a 5 bedroom house from jan 1, 2010 till april 30th, 2010. half the place is on the main floor, the other half is in the basement. you will have your own bathroom with bath/shower. the bedroom is in the basement but has a window and gets lots of light. includes laundry, cable tv, wireless internet, hydro etc. its about a 5-10 min walk from langara college and about 20 min drive or 45 min bus to ubc. close to the canada line... takes only 15 mins to get downtown from my front door. superstore is right down the street, corner store, pizza places, meat shops all a block away. u get ur own parking spot if u have a car and we have a great little garden with tomatoes and lots of vegetables growing.
i share with 4 other guys most of which are hardly ever here cuz of girlfriends etc. we all go to ubc, three of us are in forestry, one's in law, and the other's in science. everyones super chill, friendly and respectful. no one has big raging parties or anything. they like mountain biking and outdoorsy things not that it matters if u are... also we have tons of video games here too... just so know. ask me for pictures if interested.
