All the furniture shown in the room is for sale, or we can remove it all if you have your own furniture. The remainder of the house is fully furnished. We have a big screen TV, great couch, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in house laundry facilities.
The Townhouse is part of a complex and you get access to a gym, spa pool, games room, and communal garden with barbeques. We also have a rooftop patio that we rarely get a chance to use but is there for your enjoyment.
We’re two guys (Canadian/Kiwi) who like to go out on the weekends (and the odd weekday), play sports (trips to Grouse/Cypress are already planned) and work in the downtown.
The rent is $820/month plus hydro and wireless internet (works out to about $50 a month). Damage deposit is 1/2 months rent,
