I have a beautiful fully furnished 10 bedroom house for shared accommodations. It is home to international/Canadian students & professionals. Very short stays are usually international travellers on vacation in our wonderful city.
The cost is $600.00 for single or $900.00 for double occupancy per month. (Short term rates are available upon request) This includes all amenities. (Utilities, kitchen, laundry, high-speed wired and/or wireless internet and cable TV) Parking is available.
The usual average age of the people in the house is between 20 and 30.
All of the bedrooms have internet connections as well as deadbolt locks for your privacy and protection. Some rooms have TV’s. The recreation room has a shared computer, TV with a DVD player and a pool table. There is a BBQ for use in the fenced-in backyard.
The kitchen has gas counter-top elements, a dishwasher and built-in oven and microwave. The house has 3 fridges and a deep freeze.
The house is in a safe area and is centrally located on Cambie Street at 37 Ave. It is a 13 minute ride via the Canada line to downtown or the airport. Or a 25 minute bus ride to downtown, UBC or the airport and an 8 minute ride to Langara College. As well, it is across the street from Queen Elizabeth Park (22 tennis/basketball courts & a golf course) and is 4 blocks from Oakridge Mall (50 stores).
There is a $100.00 holding fee required and will be used as part of the $300.00 security deposit fee when you move in. This deposit is fully refunded if one month’s notice to vacate is given and there is no major or intentional damage done to the house or property.
If booked from another country or not locally the holding fee will only be accepted through wired funds via Western Union or paypal.
