Clean one Bedroom, close to everything. Skytrain is 5min away, and the number seven is a 30sec walk. Utilities included, internet, hydro and water, there is cable if you have a TV.

I prefer a working or enrolled female student. Esl students given priority. Excellent opportunity to improve your English conversation skills. I do not use broken English, and am friendly. I work early morning so need quiet after 10:30pm. The room is bright, and cozy. The room is available Dec 1st. Damage is 250 and who ever I think fits well can secure the room with Damage Down.
