About the suite- its a basement suite, big kitchen and living room so plenty of space for you to make it your home. Insuite laundry, hydro includ. in rent. Steps away from the #22/2 bus stop, two blocks to broadway where you can catch the #99,17,9. Two blocks to safeway and tons of other stuff. Rent is $650 a month plus 15% utilities, $325 security deposit required. There is wireless available but no cable(you can hook it up if you want to but i am not a tv watcher).
