The house is a quiet house after 11 pm on weeknights. Four adults living upstairs (top 2 floors of 3 level house).
Large garden with lots of flowers, fruit trees in summer. Bbq. Outdoor table/chairs/umbrella.
Best suited to people under 6 feet tall due to ceiling height.
Living room / bedroom have inlaid oak flooring. Lots of windows. Bedroom available has 2 large windows and gets morning and some afternoon sun (depending on time of year).
Rent on a month to month basis, with one full month's notice (from last day of prior month) to move out. Temporary or long term applicants considered.
No pets. No parties. No indoor smoking. Must like cats, and not be allergic to them, as the house cat sometimes visits downstairs.
