I am looking for a new roommate for December 1st. The rent is $700 a month and it includes everything except internet. It's in a great location just 2 blocks from the drive on East 1st.

About the place....It's a 3 bedroom suite on the 2nd level of a house. I use the 3rd room for storage at the moment but it could be used for just about anything. There are 2 patios, one right off of the kitchen and the other HUGE one would be right off your bedroom. Both bedrooms face the back of the house and although E 1st is a busy street, I have never had any problem with the noise. i have 2 adorable, and affecionate cats so I guess if you have allergies or are not a cat person that this place may not be for you. The place is awesome, the landlord is great and so are the other people living in the suites in this house.

A bit about me....I'm 29, female, and I work 5 nights a week in a restaurant in Yaletown. I am super easy going, clean and respectful and I am seeking the same in a roommate.
