My roomates are heading overseas and so from January 1 there is a furnished room in this cute little house for rent. The house, which is fully furnished and located at Kingsway and Victoria, has three bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. The monthly rental includes cable, internet, heating, electricity etc. There are no hidden extras. There is a full laundry in the house too.

A bit about me: I am a kiwi, in my late 20's, professional who has been in Vancouver for the last three years. I am outgoing and love getting out and meeting new people.
A bit about you: non-smoking, no pets. Whether you are travelling, studying or working I don't mind.

The house is a great location to get anywhere. Bus #25 (200m walk to the stop) gets you to UBC in 45 minutes, Bus #19 (same stop as #25) heads straight into town and Bus #20 (300m walk to the stop) goes to town via Commercial Drive. Bus #25 will also take you to the Nanaimo Sky Train Station or the King Edward Canada Line Station.
