One room in three bedroom house, available immediately or Dec. 1. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is (We do have a double bed you can have if you want). On the map it looks like we are a little far out but we are right between the #7 and the #16 Buses that run to downtown and the Renfrew Skytrain Sta or Naniamo Sta.

$500 plus utilities (high-speed internet, full cable, hydro and heat). Utilities are usually around $45/m. $250 damage deposit. The house has hardwood floors in the living room & bedrooms; washing machine & drier; a nice lawn & garden; and we just recently built an in-house draught beer system. We get reimbursed for material if we fix the place up so if you are handy this is a great place.

We are fairly neat (weekly cleanings?), love gardening, compost, recycle and are active in the local community. On sunny days, we love hanging out in the back yard with our friends and family playing Frisbee or going for a picnic. On rainy days, we play wii, air hockey or watch TV on the internet. On the weekends we party.

Must like cats, the occasional kid, and beer.
