The house is partially furnished, and it has a nice kitchen with supplies for cooking, a large living room area equipped with a big TV (basic cable service included), and a covered deck with a BBQ grill.
In addition, the monthly rent includes hydro, gas and use of washer-and-dryer machine.
I can, also, provide wireless Internet for $15.00 CAD fee.

Houses policies:
* No smoking at all.
* No pets.
* 1/2 rent deposit for damage.
