This house is located 2 minutes from Oak St. with buses going to all locations in the city every 7 minutes. The Canada line is about a 3-4 minute walk away. It is a very safe good neighborhood with plenty of grocery stores, banks, and great restaurants etc. within in a short walk. Downtown is 5 minutes by bus and close to venues for the Olympics.

The current roommates have been great but are on work visas that run out shortly. They would be happy to meet you and tell you about thier experiences living here.
