Fully furnished room available in 2 bedroom apartment in East Vancouver. Great View overlooking the north shore mountains and close to many shops and buses going many different directions (to downtown, SFU, skytrains, etc).
Rent includes - heat, hot water, hydro, cable (premium cable in living room, 2- 60(?) in your room), washer and dryer on rooftop patio. For an extra $20, will arrange bi-monthly cleaner so you don't have to worry about that either (negotiable).
Apartment is a 2 bedroom penthouse style unit on the rooftop with a great patio and a great view (when it's not raining of course).
I have two cats, not looking to have more though. You must not be a smoker, I don't care if you party all you want - just don't ever bring the party home. I respect my roommates and usually do not have (rarely) people over - hoping to have someone with a similar mentality.
