I am originally from Quebec and am living in down town Vancouver, located right next to Stanley Park and 15 min walk to English bay.
I am looking for a friendly and considerate female room mate to share a studio apartment. I am outgoing, enjoy snowboarding and outdoor sports and hope to find a room mate that i can have a chat with. I work down town five days a week so not home all that often.

Rent is $480 a month which includes all bills. I will not have internet but should you need it i can install it no problem as i had it installed for my last room mate. There is a coin laundry in the building ($2 wash and $2 dry). The apartment is fully furnished and available as of Nov 15th. Security deposit will be half of the rent.
