Room for rent in a 4 bedroom house. Room is on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, additional bathroom and two other rooms upstairs). Downstairs bathroom has a bath tub. Room is large but ceiling is relatively low and the window does not open. The house has a lot of character and a nice fireplace, a deck and a yard. The neighborhood is great, easy to get to UBC, bus stop right in front of the house, close to B-line and 44UBC, right in between the commercial areas of Broadway and West 4th. Available Nov 27th. Two of my current roommates are leaving in January but the people who live here now are amazing roommates.
