GREAT house right near commercial drive...clean, in good repair and beautiful big back yard, we need 2 housemates ASAP so we can secure the house. We're a couple of laid back guys in our late 20's, looking for some casual, fun people to live with. A lot of hanging out, cooking, and laughing will pretty much be the drill. No partiers, smokers, or drug-doers. Male or female is fine, couples are ok too. House is available for Dec. 1st, but want to get housemates sorted right away so we can secure the house, as it's still up for grabs.
