The other room is the whole top level of our home so you have your privacy. The room is very large...almost like a bachelor suite with an on-suite jacuzzi tub, steam shower and full bathroom . Furnishings include a double bed, t.v., dvd player, cabinet, side table, small fridge, desk and chairs. Cable and internet available. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and safe, close to bus routes and there's a community centre and pool close by.
We are looking for a female who is quiet, clean, responsible, and considerate. Prefer applicant who wants to stay from now until January 2010 or longterm. It was last rented at $790 but negotiable if you fit what we are looking for. We are open to two people sharing for an additional fee. References and lease are required.
