We have a space in a large room for rent.
You would have your own bed, and would share washroom and common areas (kitchen, living room)
The apt is kept clean, and the building has a swimming pool, gym, etc.

We are all very quiet and clean.
Rent includes utilities, which are hydro/ electricity.
Damage deposit is needed (180).
