There is in suite laundry and a dishwasher. it's an end unit on the third floor, lots of window and lots of sunlight. There is also a solarium that is currently be used as a shared office/storage. I am a very laid back, easy going female in my late 20s. I would prefer a female roommate. Rent is $800 plus utilities. The bedroom is unfurnished. This is a great location - close to great restaurants and shops.
