Renting one room in a two bedroom furnished basement suite in Vancouver, near UBC. Very close to Burrard Bridge also. Currently I have two tenants who live there. They are moving out this Sunday. Until 11th of November its going to be empty, but my father coming to stay for two month. I am renting one of the room and you will be sharing it with my dad. Place has large living room and good size bedroom. Everything included laundry, hydro etc. Except cable and Internet. The place is in prime location near starbucks and 7'11 and a food store. Bus stop is right outside the house. Ideal person would want to stay until January 1st but might be possible to agree until the end of January or November.
