I never smoke, drink, or talk loudly. Downtown services and transportation is very convenient. Many city buses, e.g. 99 B-line(Broadway to UBC), 9, 8(Downtown), 3 (Main-Downtown), 19(Metro town – Stanly Park), 84(VCC Clark-UBC) and Sky train lines i.e. Expo Line, VCC Line, Millennium Line, Canada Line are 5-20 minutes walk. Olympic Center, Science World, Library, new Mount Pleasant Community Center, VCC, Kingsgate Mall, KFC, and Banks are just within walk distance. This room and unit are much better than 3 star hotels because you can cook by yourself.
I hope that you are a quiet, clean, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drugs user, responsible and respectful single Christian English and French speaking female working class or student who wants live longer than 6 months with us. The month rent is reasonable, ask for $900 including everything i.e. new furniture, kitten appliance, hydro, washer and dryer, more than 100 channels TV programs, wireless extremely high speed internet (15 MB), computer, phone, maybe sometimes delicious Chinese food!
