This is a great 2 bedroom apartment in Kitsilano. There is a good sized bright bedroom available, furnished or unfurnished. The apartment has a spacious living room and a good sized kitchen. The apartment is on the raised first floor of a house, with lots of natural light. The rent includes all utilities. There is laundry and storage space (for bikes or whatever) in the basement. This is a great location, with grocery stores 2 blocks away, as well as all the bus routes you could want. It is a 5 to 10 min walk to the beach.
I am looking for someone as of November 15th. I am a 27 year old Masters student at UBC. I am very easy going, and I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. This is a great house for hanging out in, and I like to keep a relaxed apartment to come home to, though it is not a party house.
