After partying for a few days, I decided to turn to my friend weed to calm me down and relax a bit. After about 15 minutes I was in a full on grand mal panic attack. I was peeling hard boiled eggs for this Caesar salad with my g/f and I started pacing around and had these 'intrusive' thoughts that I had done something really, really bad. I ran outside and was on the streets for over an hour saying to myself 'this is not happening', 'this is not happening'. I should have been committed. This has never happened to me before. I was so confused and couldn't make sense of anything. What the fuck happened to me? Anybody else ever had a panic attack like this on weed before? I'm really being sincere here about this so don't burn me and say shit like I should go kill myself or whatever. Thank you all for listening.
