And paying $40 for a men's hair cut is a big time robbery.Evey time I have to trim the edges of my hair I have desire to take the plane to my home country where the people charge a little money for a great hair cut. They are very competent in what they do and are not mercenaries like in Canada...
But in your case, why don't you go to the Great Clips? It is not going to be any different than the $40 place, and the price for this month is $8.99 with a coupon. It is just slight higher then the normal price.
My last experience in the salon was 2 weeks ago. The person took forever to cut the hair and did not cut the way I explained-very simple style just cutting the edges and no layer. I was charged $40. I really felt sorry for that hair stylist and gave a tip, but I will never go back-ever! The person works in the salon for 15 years and still did not learn...amazing... So, I decided that the best bet is to go back to the place where I always pay $6. I am a low maintenance woman anyway!
