I know an inspector who the city hired to oversee some of the construction.
He RAN away from it!
He didn't want his name in any way connected to the shoddy work (and this was at the beginning of the construction).
I'm sure the construction got better as time went on! ..Ha!
Anyone that buys one of those rotting prison cells is either an idiot or an Asian with too much money (same).
