The BBB can't or doesn't do much for the consumer, other than let the public know a certain business isn't exactly kosher.
If you don't want collection calls everyday, use your call blocking or simply change your number.
AND, you can always hang up & turn off the phone for 1/2 hour!
If you can record the conversation, DO IT! (TRx recorder works well if you have a duplex sound card on your confuser)
if they say anything contrary to the law, call the cops/UBC legal society -free legal advice.
They only get paid X dollars for a collection..if they spend more than X dollars, they eventually give up
the GF was hounded for 1 year . we ignored them , letters & all....they gave up

A rat-hole with ripped up carpets, fleas & a rats-nest of telephone & cat5 wires..I'm sure if a city electrical /health /WCB inspector came around, the place would be shut down
They give bonuses to anyone that collects $$
