We are a fine art print & picture framing company, based in Vancouver.
We are looking to hire a Part time graphic designer, with basic
expeince in web and fine art print.

In this role you will produce creative print and on-line mediums while
working closely with members of the marketing and sales team to
achieve our business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participating in new product development designs
• Designing marketing materials including folders, brochures, flyers
and other printed marketing materials
• Creating weekly email and fax marketing flyers
• Preparing custom sales materials for sales staff
• Interface designs for websites development
• Creating simple Flash banners each month - mainly focusing on basic
animations and navigation.
Other RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer phones and take messages
• Oversee front desk operations- faxes, mail and deliveries etc.
• Data entry and web site adminstation
• E-Marketing & web site content update
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years Experience in Graphic Design & Marketing
• Experience with the preparation of print files for production
• Strong working knowledge of design-related applications (Adobe Photoshop)
• Ability to articulate creative ideas
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized, hands-on, able to bring projects to completion
• Experience in a team environment and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design
