Specializing in multi-moduled turn key business software solutions, our client is an industry leader and they’re looking for a top performer for this role. This manager will provide leadership, people management, provisioning, creative oversight and input, and lead the general direction of the Design team.


Responsibilities

People management skills are crucial in this role and include:

• Management of the design team which will consist of the developers, designers, and architects
• In charge of day to day responsibilities, workloads, vision of the design team, and making sure that all employees are reaching their full potential.

Experience/Skills

• Previous experience leading an interactive design team
• People management; hiring, firing, evaluations, etc…
• Provide direction to and mentor the design team
• Work with CEO to determine strategy and vision of the design team
• Grow the company culture
• Significant experience in working with SOAP based web services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to continuous self development
• Dedication to producing high-quality applications
