Title: Marketing Manager

Cossette West is actively recruiting for the position of Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer to run the engine that drives the overall reputation and growth of Cossette West
- Ensure strong positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identity management, design, media relations, social media and content management
- Event management
- Develop campaigns and campaign management through CRM System
- Generate prospect specific new business development plans
- Project manage new business pitches, including writing
- Maintain asset management system
- Responsible for all reporting including benchmarking, development of results
- Manage annual marketing budget including system development, tracking, reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Self-starter demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness and integrity
- Ability to organize, prioritize and successfully multi-task
- Strong administrative skills and willingness to do so
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly understand a client's business problems and create solutions
- Excellent written skills
- Advanced understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Ability to inspire strong cross-discipline-unit relations
- Excellent relationship management
- Proven innovator
